1. WHO CAN ENTER

The giveaway is open to residents of Canada who are at least 19 years of age at the time of entry and reside outside the province of Quebec. Employees, representatives, and agents of Skinopathy Inc. (“GetSkinHelp”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. EST on February 1, 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. EST on April 30, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).

3. HOW TO ENTER (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)

All eligible participants who complete an AI Skin Cancer Screening on GetSkinHelp.com during the Giveaway Period will automatically be entered into a random draw for one of five (5) prizes. Entrants must provide their name and email address associated with their GetSkinHelp account or screening submission.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, or otherwise not in accordance with these rules will be disqualified.

Participants will see a checkbox option before submitting their screening:

“By completing this screening, I understand that I will automatically be entered into the GetSkinHelp Giveaway. I may choose not to participate by unchecking this box.”

4. PRIZES

There are five (5) prizes available to be won, each consisting of a Shiseido Clear Sunscreen Stick SPF 50+, approximate retail value $50 CAD.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash. Skinopathy reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. WINNER SELECTION

A random draw will be conducted by GetSkinHelp on or about May 7, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIM

Selected entrants will be notified by email using the email provided through their GetSkinHelp account within four (4) weeks of the draw date.
To be declared a winner, each selected entrant must:

• Respond to the notification email within ten (10) business days
• Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question
• Sign and return a declaration and release form confirming eligibility and compliance with these Giveaway Rules

If a selected entrant fails to comply with any of the above, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another entrant in a random draw from remaining eligible entries.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

a) GetSkinHelp is not responsible for any technical issues or submission errors that may affect participation in the Giveaway.
b) By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and accept the decisions of GetSkinHelp as final.
c) Winners consent to the use of their name, city, and photograph for publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
d) All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway in accordance with GetSkinHelp’s Privacy Policy. Participants who choose to opt out of the Giveaway by selecting the checkbox provided during the screening submission will have their personal information used only for the AI skin cancer screening and not for any promotional or Giveaway-related purposes.
e) Skinopathy Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or use of any prize.
f) The Giveaway is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the courts of Ontario.
g) The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
